Eustolia Tarango Garcia peacefully departed this life on February 22, 2024 surrounded by her cherished family and friends. Born on January 2, 1948 to Ramon and Josefa Tarango in Candelaria, Texas. Eustolia brought light and warmth into the lives of all who knew her.  She was an avid coffee drinker, tireless worker, amazing cook, loved going out to dance and was a Cursillista and Guadalupana of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.


She was a beloved matriarch cherished for her boundless love and selflessness; she has left an indelible mark as the cornerstone of her family. With a heart as vast as her nurturing spirit, she embraced all as her own, embodying the essence of maternal care and strength. Her legacy of compassion and devotion will forever illuminate the lives of those she touched. Eustolia's memory will endure, a beacon of love and guidance for generations to come.


She is preceded in death by husband Jose Roberto Garcia, parents Ramon & Josefa Tarango, her brothers Ramon Tarango & Jose Tarango, her sister Dulces Escajeda and her only pet daughter, Princess.  


She is survived by her kids Brenda Hinojos (Rudy), Robert Garcia (Alexx), Martin Ibanez (Damian), Bernice Rojo (Britany), Lindsy Tarango Rodriguez (Salvador), 11 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces, as well as her siblings Maria Rodriguez, Anita Muñiz, Socorro Guerrero, Elfida Gonzalez, Guadalupe Tarango and Paula Tarango.


Pallbearers for the service will be Ethan Hinojos, Caleb Hinojos, Antwan Burrell, Dalton Melendez, Carlos Escajeda, Carlos Guerrero, Jorge Paredes Jr., and Jesus Mascorro. Honorary Pallbearers are Damian Ibáñez, Chepe Escajeda, Selvin Santos, Cameron Flores, and Mathias Alvarado.
